PROGRAM TERMS
A referral becomes a qualified customer once their roofing service is complete.
Submissions for your residence will not be accepted, but you can submit referrals for rentals and second homes. Referrals can be completed through the referral portal or by calling our office at 225-667-1189, but the most effective method for providing your referral is via the website. Only one referrer per household can submit referrals. The referrer must ensure the entry of all submittals. Neither Louisiana Roof Crafters Project Managers nor Production Supervisors are not responsible for documenting this. We provide referral rewards through prepaid VISA cards and do not trade them for cash. Cards are ordered and shipped through a third party and take 3-5 weeks to deliver. Referral rewards can be redeemed as job credit if you are an existing customer. For example, if you need additional roofing services, we can use your referral rewards towards a new job. We will not credit previously completed jobs.
