Louisiana Roof Crafters is a certified installer of silicone and acrylic roof coatings through American Weatherstar and Gaco/Firestone. The beauty of coatings is that they can be installed over virtually any substrate, and over most existing roofing systems. This means, as long as the existing roof has not failed, we can clean and coat directly over the existing roof. Coatings can be applied as a repair or a full restoration. Though these systems can be installed over steep pitched roofs, Louisiana Roof Crafters will only apply coatings to roof pitches 2/12 and under. These systems are custom made to order, and are engineered to withstand the tough weather conditions and high wind ratings. Gutters and Screens
Louisiana Roof Crafters offers a full line of 6″ seamless aluminum gutters to get water away from your home. Not only do our gutters perform great, but they look awesome. Gutters are custom measured to fit your home and specific needs, and come in a variety of colors to match your unique style and aesthetic. If leaves are continually blocking your gutters, consider screens to combat those pesky leaves in fall and winter. We also offer gutter maintenance, repairs, and cleaning if you already have gutters installed, but need help with them. All new gutter systems carry a two year installation warranty, and repairs have a one year warranty.

Attic Insulation
We live in a hot and humid climate for the majority of the year. Heat and humidity collect inside your attic, which can cause issues with, not only your roofing system, but also your air conditioner and your overall comfort and efficiency of your home. An inspection from Louisiana Roof Crafters means an attic inspection will be conducted. We can then walk you through your attic’s overall condition and let you know if there is a need for additional insulation. In most cases, we can install a “cap” over your existing insulation, bringing it up to current code requirements. We offer expanding fiberglass, “blown-in”, insulation. We use a variety of brands including Owens Corning, CertainTeed, Johns Manville, and Knauf.
Maintenance Programs
A Louisiana Roof Crafters maintenance program can be put in place whether we installed your roof or not. Maintenance plans for existing roofs are for systems 10 years old and newer. If Louisiana Roof Crafters installed your roof, each year you renew your maintenance plan, past year 5, you can extend your workmanship warranty up to maximum of 5 additional years. Basic maintenance includes blowing the roof off of debris, sealing any penetrations, and routine inspections. Maintenance can be scheduled annually, bi-annually, quarterly, or monthly, however frequent you would like us to come out.
