Hi, my name is Michael! I was born and raised in Central, LA, moved to Hammond to complete my undergraduate degree at Southeastern Louisiana University where I met my wife, Jennifer. We now reside in Folsom with our two dogs and our amazing daughter, Julep. Like many others who work for Louisiana Roof Crafters, I, too, was a customer. After LARC completed my roof, I saw an ad for a job opening with them. I was asked to join the team after a grueling interview from one of the owners, and the rest is history. I absolutely love the work I do, the people I work with, and the customers who put their faith in us. If you end up hiring us to do work for you, you will see why so many others want to join Team LARC!
After hearing this, David kindly said to him that maybe he should consider a change of job. They shook hands, and that was that. About a week later, a job posting on LinkedIn showed that the same company, Louisiana Roof Crafters, was looking for a field representative. Michael applied, but didn’t think anything of it, as he had no construction experience whatsoever. Well, two years and some change later, he is still here and doing some really great things.
Michael is always learning, and doing absolutely anything he can to make sure his clients are happy. He is a firm believer in adapting to change and is always willing to help out his team in any way he can. We look forward to many more years with Michael at Louisiana Roof Crafters.
Hi, my name is Sean Biglane but most people just call me Biglane. I was born and raised here in south Louisiana. My journey to Louisiana Roof Crafters started as a customer. I had some roof damage and got in touch with Louisiana Roof Crafters for the replacement. At the time I felt in a rut after 12 years at my previous employer. Getting a chance to meet the team here, seeing the work they do and the pride they take in it I was impressed. I decided to make a change and came on with the team here. As your Project Supervisor, I look forward to working with you and giving you the same level of experience I received.
