Mike Warren, his manager Don and the entire crew rock!!!. I was thoroughly impressed from the time Mike came out to the time Don and his crew came and installed my new roof. My experience with Mike was awesome. He not only explained in detail everything that needed to be done, but also helped me on what shingles to go with. He gave me multiple options in both color and brands to choose from. I also appreciated him not trying to sell me something that i did not need. You can tell that he takes pride in what he does and is very knowledgeable. I also feel the same about his manager Don, very knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to. The roofing crew did a very professional job. Not only did they finish expeditiously they also did a great job!!!! Love my new roof!!!

Josh was very professional and efficient. The entire process was explained. He even helped us pick out shingles that matched the rest of the roof. The men came out on time, and we were not given the usual “arrival time between 8 and 1”. There was not even one nail left behind in my yard which was great because I have a dog and 2 little ones. Our roof looks fantastic! I highly recommend Josh and Louisiana Roof Crafters to anyone who wants the job done right!

I was out of town when LARC worked on my roof. Michael Garcia was the supervisor, he called me every morning to let me know they were on their way and called me every evening to update me on what they did that day and to let me know they would be back in the morning! Great guy, very nice & professional!! Andres & Johnny we’re the repair crew….they did an excellent job! Great guys! Well, after receiving damage to my roof from the high winds of Hurricane Ida, I wanted a roof inspection. There was another company that never actually gave me a free roof inspection, but rather tricked me into signing a contract with them. I was told I was signing for a free inspection, but it ended up being a contract! The whole thing was very sneaky as I did not even realize I signed a contract. And they did not want to let me out of it. I was so angry and so stressed. One day, my neighbor was getting her roof inspected by Fabian with Louisiana Roof Crafters. I asked him to come talk to me. I told him the whole story and even he was baffled and angry by the way I was conned by that other company. Fabian gave me some ideas on what I could do legally to get out from under that sneaky contract. I did not even tell Fabian that he could do my roof. But, here is a guy being completely honest with me and using his limited time [as they were really backed up from the storm] to try and help me remove myself from that horrible situation. With the advice of Fabian and with extensive research on what I believed to be illegal on how that other company swindled me, I was able to remove myself from the contract. After that, I owed Fabian a debt of gratitude. At that point, I searched everything I could about Louisiana Roof Crafters. I looked at all the amazing reviews that this company gets. I also received lots of positive “word of mouth” from others that used Louisiana Roof Crafters. When I came down to it, I chose them, obviously. And, my roof looks amazing! I appreciate the great job that Fabian and Louisiana Roof Crafters did on my roof! And not to mention their transparency and honesty about everything… that right there is even more important!

Our roof was in terrible shape and leaking in our house. We checked on several Roofing Companies, talked to our neighbors to see who did there roof several said Louisiana Roof Crafters. We called and asked about getting our roof inspected. Mike Robert called us back and set a date to come and inspect it. The inspection was done with in a reasonable time. The paperwork was sent to our insurance company. Their adjuster came out to check the roof. He did not approve the bid from Louisiana Roof Crafters. His report showed that the damage was not done at one time but over the years. We went ahead with Mike, he helped us choose the roofing material and not busting our budget. Every time we called with questions. Mike answered the phone, even when was on his way out of state to fly to a family wedding, I needed him to send some pictures to the Insurance adjuster, put aside the time to send them. When it came time to schedule the roofers the rain slowed them down. As soon as there was a break in the weather the crew was on the way. They arrived about 7:30 that morning the supervisor Waylon Givens was very efficient he had the men very organized nothing was broken around the house, they were careful with my plants that I couldn’t move. They cleaned up as they went along. I can’t say that they didn’t make any noise, but you can’t help notice some one hammering on your roof.
